The only way to fix the blurriness is to turn on TAA + resolution scaling set to either 1.25 or preferably 1.5. Image looks perfect this way but it takes a beefy pc to run at 60 fps though. Also, what's your resolution? resolution scaling set to either 1.25 or preferably 1.5.
