Using Microsoft Word for Mac Version 16.43 running Catalina, when I quit Word using CTRL-Q OR Word/Quit Word the application does NOT reopen the previously open windows. I checked my Word settings and found no setting that would allow Word to remember open windows when quitting and automatically reopen them upon next startup.
